Dr. Nashrah Khan is an orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapist licensed in Maryland and Virginia. Her passion for pelvic health began while working as an administrative assistant in a pelvic health clinic, where she witnessed patients leave their appointments feeling hopeful and relieved, finally finding answers for symptoms they once believed were “normal.”

She received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from University of Maryland, Baltimore and previously practiced within the Inova Health System, where she helped many women better understand their bodies and overcome pelvic floor symptoms, including leaking, pain, and weakness. Dr. Khan has completed extensive continuing education in pelvic health, with advanced training in pregnancy and postpartum care.

She believes deeply that common does not mean normal, and that every woman deserves care that addresses the root of her concerns through a personalized and compassionate approach.

Outside of patient care, Dr. Khan enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and newborn baby.
