Dr. Nashrah Khan is an orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapist licensed in Maryland and Virginia. Her passion for pelvic health began while she was working as an admin at a pelvic floor PT clinic. There, she witnessed patients leave their appointments feeling hopeful and relieved, finally seeing answers for symptoms they once believed they’d have to live with forever. She believes deeply that common does not mean normal, and that everyone deserves care that addresses the root of their concerns.

Dr. Khan combines her commitment to whole-person wellness with a collaborative, interdisciplinary approach, working closely with her patients and their providers to ensure people feel heard, supported, and treated with compassion.

Outside of patient care, Dr. Khan enjoys traveling and spending time with her husband and newborn baby.
